Help! It's been weeks and I haven't received my case/accessories!?

Unfortunately I cannot be held liable for lost post/mail as everything I send it tracked and I keep all certificates of proof of postage. If however, something does go missing I will investigate.

Custom Grinder Wait Time

Grinders are made within 3-6 weeks after ordered. I will always advise you along the way if your grinder may take longer to make.

Delivery Times

If you are in the UK you should receive your case within 2-3 days of receiving a postage confirmation. If in the EU postage times vary from 1-2 weeks. Other international times usually vary from 2-3 weeks but may longer at busier periods of time or if your country is located in the Far East/ Africa/ Middle East etc.

Caring for your Grinder

To clean your grinder in the event of dust and debris simply use a cloth/baby wipe to gently wipe away any dust or dirt. Once done simply pat dry with a clean paper towel.
